WordPress 2.7 Released

The latest version of WordPress had been released today. I just upgraded before this blog post. If you’re upgrading from a previous version besure to delete your admin and includes folders before installing the new version other wise you may get a fatal error like I did “douh!”, but leave your content folder alone, it’s probly also a good idea to backup your data base as well.

So far I like what I see most of the changes are on the admin side, there’s an area right on the dashboard for making quick post, I like the side bar menu with the drop down list to it’s really slick.

I haven’t had a chance to test out all the new features, but i will keep you posted of any notable pros, and cons.
